So this Spring I took planting some plants in my house. In the past, I would go buy plants and well they would eventually die, not because I didn't water them but because I would overwater them. It happened so many times that I decided to create a narrative that I could not plant, I didn't have a green thumb and therefore could not plant my own plants. This Spring I wanted to rewrite that narrative. Join me in a personal conversation about Healing with Accountability as a practice to Restoring our Roots. The thing no one tells us about healing is that if we don't rewrite our narratives if we don't go back to look at the roots of the conversations in our heads about what we can and cannot do, then we will surely create more of the same thing!
